If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend documenting it before opening the package, as this may be required by the shipping carrier.

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

If you would like a different item, the easiest way is to:

  2. Place a new order
