We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at post@studio-molt.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping.
IMPORTANT:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, the artwork may have been damaged in transit. Please document the damage before opening the package, as couriers may refuse refunds without proof.
